CEST offers' Inbound training' and 'Outbound training' courses for trainees to learn about the Singapore's Model. 'Inbound training' invites foreign experts to China to conduct courses, whereas 'Outbound training' arranges for trainees to have tailored courses and visits abroad.
The training programmes integrates strengths of both China and Singapore, and aims at introducing international best practices in public administration to develop talents with global perspectives and abilities who are crucial for both industrial and economic development.
In this programme, Singapore experts and international experts will be invited to China sharing advanced practices from Singapore and other international communities. The programme comes with various forms, including lectures, seminars, forums, panel discussions and investigations. It should be covering economic, cultural and social development as well as ecological progress. As such, programme provides the best opportunities to Chinese officials, entrepreneurs, technological and financial professionals with broaden their horizons and open minds, help them enrich knowledge and look for potential investment and projects. On the other hand,programme serves as a new channel for Chinese trainees to know more about the world.
This programme is designed to provide senior management of Chinese governments and enterprises with opportunities to learn advanced concepts and to visit Singaporean government agencies, enterprises, institutions and industrial parks through short/mid-term training and overseas visit.
